Martin Dallaire, President, CEO, Director

Mr. Dallaire was born and raised in Rouyn-Noranda and has more than a decade of experience in the financial industry with a particular focus on the junior mining sector. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, sourcing and structuring of financings, due diligence reviews, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dallaire, who obtained an Engineering degree from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi in 1992, has also been a member of the surveillance committee of the FERIQUE Funds for more than 5 years. Through his business and financial skills, combined with his mining industry background, Mr. Dallaire's immediate goal with Visible Gold Mines is to rapidly position the company as an exploration leader in northwest Quebec, one of the world's most prolific gold producing regions.

Véronique Laberge, CFO

Ms. Laberge is a chartered professional accountant and holder of the title of auditor. With more than 19 years of experience in professional practice, she specialized in certification mandates and general accounting, and has been working as a fractional CFO for multiple public and private companies since 2018.

Pierre Vézina, Director

Mr. Vézina holds a MBA degree from the Université du Québec à Montréal and an executive MBA degree from the Université Paris-Dauphine in France. Since 1990, he has been involved in sales and marketing. From 2003 to 2008, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for Gestion Sim Inc., a manufacturer located in Beauceville, Quebec. Since 2008, Mr. Vézina has been President of Fini U.V. International Inc. in Frampton, Quebec, which manufactures pre-finished hardwood products for companies throughout North America that operate in the wood flooring business.
